This is our traditional red wine, fruity,subtle and with a good nose and rounded flavour. Fermented in stainless steel barrels but unlike the Prestige it has not been oak barrel aged.
It will accompany any red meats and cheese and can be stored for 5 to 10 years.
This as the name says is our prestige wine. It has been stored in oak barrels for a year which has given it woody and spicy aromas and a deep complex flavour.
It will enhance any rich tasty meats and cheeses and should be served on special occasions or to impress.
It can be kept for upto 10 years.
