Château Rose Roudier is a medium sized (42 hectares) family owned vineyard which has been in the same family and producing wines since 1649 when the current owners ancestors arrived following the depopulation of the area after the religious war in the 16th century.

Centrally placed in the Entre Deux Mers region of Bordeaux at Montignac, this Château produces red, white, rosé and a sweet dessert wine, all of quality.

From Vine to Wine.

You must have passion, desire and dedication. This message has been passed down from father to son for generations !

Located on the mid line of the watershed between the river Dordogne in the north and the Garonne in the south, our lands have a soil type and micro-climate perfectly suited to our vineyards and their ability to grow grapes that make world renowned wines the.

The name Rose Roudier: Why?

Rose: for the plant. This was the second passion of our paternal grandfather, René Garineau, who collected and bred roses and it is to honor him that we named our Château and its produce.

Roudier: it is simply part of the name of the locality where our family has lived for many generations ...

We combine the best traditions along with modern techniques and respect how it was done and what we do now.
